What are the digital banking username and password requirements?
To help ensure the safety of your personal information online, create unique usernames and passwords so that they cannot be easily guessed and never share them with anyone. The requirements for log on credentials are as follows:
Digital Banking ID:
- Must be 6-12 characters in length
- Must start with a letter
- Can contain both numbers and letters
Digital Banking Password:
- Minimum 12 characters in length
- Minimum 2 uppercase and 2 lowercase letters
- Minimum 2 special characters
